We want you to love your sparkling water maker, so if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your purchase within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and include all components from the initial shipment.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your SodaStream machine and accessories in the original box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the designated carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
